Guatemala competed in the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru from July 26 to August 11, 2019.[1][2]

The Guatemalan team consisted of 147 athletes (74 men and 73 women) that competed in 29 sports.[3]

On July 3, 2019, gymnast Jorge Vega was named as the country's flag bearer during the opening ceremony.[4][5]
